• Digital space dedicated to your event and adapted to your graphic charter (colors, logo, and background)
• Login/password required to access the platform (security). Participants can choose their own password when they log in for the first time (*the password must be at least 12 characters long and include at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character – AppCraft IT security policy) – Option to generate a forgotten password if the participant has forgotten their password
(SSO login available as an option)
• Profile page (profile can be edited)
• List of workshops, plenary sessions, and other event highlights: description, file availability, speakers, and advance or live registration + confirmation email. Quota management possible.
• Cross-platform search bar to find a speaker or content.
• Participants can add workshops to their Google/Outlook/iCal calendar.
Once participants arrive on site, they will have access to, for example:
• General information for all participants (COVID-19 information, thank you message, etc.)
> Personalized information, each participant will find:
• Their shuttle to the airport
• Their flight information and downloadable ticket in the profile section
• The hotel they have been assigned to or have chosen
• Their on-site contact person
• The workshops you have registered them for or that they have registered for themselves and for which they can continue to register during the event (activities, meals, evening events, conferences, etc.)
• The interactive elements of the sessions they have been assigned to, if any.
• Link to the dedicated WhatsApp group.

If necessary, we can create a pop-up window that appears when participants first log in, requiring them to check a box to accept the terms and conditions. This will appear before they log in to the platform.
