1. Kick-off meeting For each new project, your dedicated project manager will be introduced to you during the kick-off meeting.
2. Getting started with the tool Training, advice, and online documentation are available to you.
3. Regular meetings Regular meetings between project managers are scheduled to discuss various aspects and milestones of your project (user journeys, content, advice, etc.).
4. Content integration possible Your project manager can assist you with content integration during the project.
5. During the event On-site or remote support if necessary
6. Post-project feedback At the end of your project, we will debrief together on areas for improvement or missing elements of the solution. This is useful for our roadmap.
• Project manager dedicated to your event (single point of contact). Video conference with you once a week or every two weeks, depending on your needs. Available by phone and/or email from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday

Depending on the type of event and your budget, the level of support may vary.
Failure by the client to adhere to schedules during kick-offs may result in rush fees or priority fees.
Your project manager is dedicated but not exclusive; they also have other projects running in parallel =)
