Designed for the 2012 London Olympics, ISO 20121 is specific to the events sector and applies to all types of events: corporate events, sporting events, political conferences, festivals, concerts, etc.
France is a very good student in this area. At the end of June 2021, out of 296 certified structures worldwide, 107 are located in France. This proves the French events sector's desire for change.

A CSR Manager (Fanny Hugé) is responsible for driving our responsible projects and overseeing their implementation. In each of our teams, a CSR representative is responsible for communicating our CSR policy to its members.
We favor French technologies and solutions that have a positive impact (data hosting, internal solutions, service providers, etc.) and recommend them to those around us.
Each of the three areas for improvement is broken down into concrete actions and accompanied by KPIs that reflect our objectives. Every month, a follow-up meeting is held to measure our progress. Every year, an audit carried out by the SGS Group validates the certification and requires us to make adjustments if necessary and update our objectives to go further.
