How does it work in practice?
We use Agile methods such as the Scrum method to co-develop this solution with you. This method offers numerous advantages: efficiency, transparency, perspective, and adaptation of mock-ups in order to quickly develop templates that best meet your needs.

1 Project Manager & 1 Developer dedicated to your project
Work in "sprints" to deliver several testable features
A final deliverable (your templates) after 2-3 months

A two-phase project:
PHASE 1 – BUILD: Design and development of X templates (physical, hybrid, or digital events). The objective here is to validate the initial assumptions and refine the functional and technical scope of the project. Define the key success factors for the project.
PHASE 2 – RUN: License costs (use and maintenance)
Once the final templates have been delivered, you can use them as you wish, within the limits determined with your sales representative:
• Up to X guests
• Up to X participants and X events per year (non-simultaneous and/or simultaneous)
