LVMH - Business of Tomorrow

Business of Tomorrow is an internal strategic event organized by LVMH on October 15 and 16, 2024, in Paris. It brought together decision-makers from various Houses to discuss issues related to digital technology, data, AI, and innovation.

Designed to accelerate synergies, the event combined plenary sessions, meetings with startups, and business interactions. The project involved centralized management of invitations, registrations, appointments, and votes, while ensuring a premium digital experience in line with the Group's standards of excellence.

As part of the LVMH framework agreement, AppCraft deployed an AppCraft Premium solution including:
• A customized mini-site for the event in the Group's colors
• An advanced registration form
• A comprehensive emailing strategy (set of 8 emails per participant)
• An appointment scheduling module with startups
• Asign-in solutionwith rental of 10 smartphones
• An interactive mobile version
• A voting module (Dare Games Final)
• A post-event satisfaction survey
