VINCI organized “Gender Balance Week,” an internal event focused on gender equality and raising awareness about sexism in the workplace. The event took place over three days, primarily in a digital format supplemented by a few in-person sessions in Paris.
The main challenge was to deploy a platform capable of accommodating a large number of participants while providing a seamless, personalized experience available in multiple languages.

AppCraft has implemented a comprehensive event platform that includes secure single sign-on (SSO) and a standard login option for external users.
A progressive web app (PWA) provided a seamless mobile experience, including access to live sessions via Microsoft Teams and on-demand content.
The event website was launched in five languages, featuring advanced content management and personalized user journeys based on user profiles and data collected during the first login.
