For its 2026 Founder Summit, Square Peg brought together participants from Australia and elsewhere at the Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay in France.
AppCraft worked with the MCI Group agency to set up the event’s digital platform. The Summit’s international scope entailed specific requirements: centralizing registrations, collect and track participants’ flight information, and facilitate the necessary steps for their travel to France.
In particular, the process was designed to provide the participants in question with a personalized visa letter, while giving the organizing teams a centralized view of the information needed to prepare for their stay.

AppCraft has provided event management software specifically for the Founder Summit 2026, in partnership with the MCI Group agency.
A registration website featuring Square Peg’s branding was created, featuring a form to collect participant information, including their flight details. The site also included key event content, with pages dedicated to the schedule and FAQs.
Communications were then centralized through AppCraft: invitations, confirmations, and reminders. Once their registration was approved, participants could receive their personalized visa letter as an attachment, generated using the document editing module.
The flight management module made it possible to centralize travel information for participants coming primarily from Australia, while the document generation module was used to create the letters required for visa applications.
Louna Pineau, AppCraft’s project manager for this initiative, supported MCI Group in configuring and monitoring the platform. Her role helped centralize communication, tailor the system to the event’s operational needs, and streamline its implementation.
The organizing team thus had access to a centralized participant database, flight tracking, and the reporting tools needed to manage the event.
The system was designed to:
• centralize participant information on a single event management platform;
• simplify the registration process;
• collect and track flight information;
• automate some pre-event communications;
• streamline the process of sending necessary documents to international participants;
• provide the organizing team with a centralized view of registrations and data relevant to the event’s organization.
