The main challenge was managing registrations and collecting detailed logistical information: transportation, dietary requirements, and room arrangements.

AppCraft deployed a custom registration site with a two-step form to collect:
• Transportation information (shuttles)
• Special dietary requirements
• Room choice (single, twin, twin x2)
Rooming management was a key aspect of the project. As the rooms were organized into apartments for three or four people, the client manually assigned roommates by exporting the data.
The event website thus made it possible to centralize all logistical information while giving the agency and the client a great deal of autonomy.
