Background of the event

Electro Dépôt held its annual convention, bringing together employees from France, Belgium, and Spain.

The event presented a significant multilingual management challenge, as we needed to ensure that every participant could enjoy a simple and seamless experience in their own language.

The client wanted to provide a dedicated registration site that would allow participants to directly select their language from French, Spanish, and Dutch.

The event also featured a multilingual PWA app that allowed participants to access practical information, the general program, workshops, their personalized schedule, and the various content shared during the convention.

The goal was to centralize the entire event experience on a single platform while streamlining participant management and on-site engagement.

The AppCraft proposal

AppCraft has launched a multilingual event platform designed to manage registrations, the program, workshops, content, and attendee engagement.

The event website and the PWA were available in French, Spanish, and Dutch to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Each participant could access the following directly from their personal dashboard:
• their personalized schedule,
• their workshops,
• the schedule,
• the rooms,
• practical information,
• the social wall,
• content shared during the event.

The platform also allowed for the integration of live quizzes, calls to action, the sharing of the CEO’s slides, and charitable initiatives.

AppCraft also assisted the client with managing multilingual quizzes and displaying results in real time.
